Need advice about pregnancy test.?

They say that pregnancy tests are most effective after the first week of your expected period. But what if your periods are irregular to begin with. There's no telling when your expected period is! right?

I slept with a girl 35 days ago and she had her last period over 2 months ago. I got worried and but she said she was not pregnant because her temp has not risen over a period of time. I don't buy that so I asked her to take a pregancy test and the result was negative. Considering her periods are so irregular is this result trustworthy?Need advice about pregnancy test.?
Hey, I've replied to some of your other posts. I wanted to tell you that I've gone without a 'Monthly' for 3 months! Sometimes I go without it for 2 months. All girls are different. If you have explained your concern to the girl, and she doesn't seem concerned with it, Then maybe she is use to it. Don't stress so much. Keep talking to her about it, and If you need a definate answer, ask her to take a blood test. She can take them at any doctors office, Or at any health department. Look up your local health department by your county. Google it. Theys hould have pricing or appointment information on their site. Just keep in mind that if she isn't taking this too serious, You shouldnt either. She could be use to missing it. You should ask her. :) Hope this helps. %26amp; Good luck!Need advice about pregnancy test.?
im not saying you shouldn't worry at all and she should probably get a pregnancy test soon. but sometimes my girlfriend goes for 2 months with out pregnancies because of stress and other factors. Maybe its just normal for her. but just to be safe you should always have a pregnancy test because its a very serious matter that could be life changing.
if you don't want to make a baby, why did you have sex? why did you have UNPROTECTED sex?

If she tests about four weeks after you have sex, you can be confident in those results. don't go to the $2 shop, go to the chemist.
