Advice about child custody?

im suffering from domestic vilence from my husband i want to leave him but he keeps saying he will get my daughter and take her to his county iraq and get married to another women can he raely get child custody and take her away from me i just need some advice about child custody he said he wants her to speak his language and not english i feel like i have to stay in this reationshipAdvice about child custody?
Not hardly. These days only violent and abusive mother get away with the, even going to Iraq, or any country, including the US, with the kids.

he's saying this to intimidate you.. dont buy into it.. this is his way of controling you via using your daughter.. as someone already suggested, u need to go find a battered womens shelter. (they're not what you think) they will protect u there, its usually a secret location to where the men cant find you.. they'll help you get started and help get a ';family protection'; order against him...you need to talk to a lawyer about how to go about protecting your daughter because you believe he is a ';flight'; risk.. as far that you believe he will abduct her and take her to Iraq.. if i were u , id get a ';nanny'; cam and not tell him, and see if u can get him to say it on video... because im thinking your going to have to have proof of this to ensure that either he only be entitled to supervised visitations.. also see if theres away of blocking him from being able to get a passport for either him or your daughter.. But leave, dont stay with him.. even if you have to move far away from him to ensure your daughters safety if u believe he'd really do this.. but dont let him feel as though u Must stay.. you can have a real life with your daughter.. good luck.. please go talk to a battered womens shelter they deal with these sort of things all the time..
you need to sneak when you leave and take your daughter with you , then you need to move where he doesn't know where you are and get an attorney and file for a protection order,for you and your daughter.if shes in school pull her out of that school and put her in another and tell the school you are the only one allowed to pick her up .and get to school. cause if he did leave you probably would never get her back


DO THIS ASAP
hide your child passport in trusted relative home for starter he could up and go at any time and not because he allowed to take her but because he will kidnap this child, so many cases out there where men like yours will kidnap and return to their home countries and because of different laws over there can not get your kids returned unless go kidnap them back!





no matter what this man will never get full custody at all, start record the conversations have with him esp when says going leave the country with your child, he will not even get access without somebody there to Monitor his actions. your are the mother, you will get full custody and you will remain the sole carer for your child. he can not remove your child without permission, or the courts permission and with that, he can never take her even on holidays if record those conversations, cover your back, start getting evidence, pack up your things and leave his abusive @ss, a woman and child protection home will take you both in, will hide you both and file for divorce and full custody without letting where your where abouts are! so act and go please, don't listen to his threats they are only words and nothing more, please leave before he does something regret!





i have full custody of my child, my mates have full custody of their kids too. majority women on here has full custody of their kids, the only way ever woman don't get full custody if they are danger to the kids i.e. on drugs 24/7, beats the kids black and blue etc. and i bet you are loving caring mother = 100% full custody, so please don't listen to his lies, its control tactic only nothing more, so get up and walk out those doors to never return and don't even tell him where going, just leave! wish you all best luck x
You need to prove this man is violent towards you and your daughter. Every time he is violent call the police or run out of the house and contact someone. Prove that this man is not fit to look after your daughter go through court talk to your lawyer. It took my mum 8 YEARS to get her daughter back from my grandparents (they kidnapped her and payed a doctor to say she was mad). Do all you can to get custody.

hE CAN'T LEAVE THE COUNTRY WITH YOUR DAUGHTER WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION.vFind a place for battered women and run. Hep will be there when you arrive. If you divorce him you can make sure He can't leave the country with the child.
