Where can I take Cisco Systems training courses? CCNA- Voice Over IP in the U.S.? Advice about Cisco training?

I'm interested in learning more about Voice Over IP but I can't find out where the Cisco courses are offered. I'm looking for something near Northern Maryland or Southern, PA... or even D.C.

cisco runs their own training classes all over. I spent 4 weeks at cisco, I learned everything (but that was 20 years ago)
